Provide alcohol and drug prevention education through Unit Prevention Leader training (UPL), military and civilian education classes, awareness events and intense remedial education (Prime for Life). The RRP provides an efficient way for Army Commanders to identify and address high risk behaviors such as (substance abuse, suicides, family abuse, AWOL, crimes against property, crimes against persons, DWI’s, accidents class C & D, and financial indebtedness).

The RRP tracks monthly, quarterly, and annual trends by command then reports those trends to Commanders along with assisting them in optimizing local existing resources to mitigate adverse behavior by their Soldiers, Family Members.
